Man charged with murder for giving woman fentanyl in Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A person who police say offered medication that induced a girl to die from an overdose has been indicted on fees of second-degree homicide.

John Normand Vandal was arrested Wednesday on the cost. He was launched the identical day on bond.
